1. From the new message window please click on the "Options" tab.
2. Now on the top bar, select "Encrypt" below the image of the lock. This will open a dropdown that allows you to select the type of encryption.
3. Please select "Encrypt Only" for the account you are currently using.
Your email will now send as an encrypted message and will now have a message confirming that above the From, To, Cc area.
Your email will appear in your recipient's inbox as seen below.
Any recipients using Gmail will see something a little bit different. They will be prompted to either sign-in with Google or receive a one-time code. This is normal and a one-time code is the best option. The code will come in a new email from Microsoft. If any questions come from the recipients let them know this is normal.
