Outlook Web App means you are using Outlook in the web browser, so whichever application you use to browse the web. This is typically Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. The experience will match regardless of which browser you are using. This guide also assumes you are already signed in with the appropriate email account.
1. Navigate to and click the settings gear in the top right.
2. In the dialog menu that opens, ensure Mail is selected on the leftmost bar, then Compose and Reply.
3. Select New Signature and give it a name, then enter your desired signature. You can typically copy another co-workers and then edit it to match your information.
4. Select the appropriate options from the dropdown for new replies and forwards.
5. Select Save.
